1. General Terms

1.1. These terms apply to all sales made through our website, physical store, or authorized representatives.
1.2. By purchasing from Galvanic, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
2.2. Prices listed are in US Dollars and include/exclude taxes.
2.3. Full payment must be received before the shipment or handover of the product.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
3.2. Galvanic is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs processes.
3.3. Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly stated during checkout.

4. Returns and Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

4.1 Items in new and unused condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, less shipping charges.

Used E-bikes with less than 20 miles on the odometer may be returned within 30 days of purchase, subject to return shipping charges and a 50% restocking fee. Items must be free of any damage.

All promotional and loyalty items are final sale and cannot be returned, altered, swapped, or exchanged.

4.2. Return Process

For E-bike returns, include a photo of the bike’s odometer. For unopened items, provide an image of the original packaging.
To facilitate the creation of your prepaid return label, provide accurate box dimensions for shipping.
Prepaid label fees:
- $15 per accessory label.
- $125 per E-bike label.
  These fees will be deducted from your refund.

4.3. Shipping Guidelines

Multiple accessories from the same order can be packed together in one box, provided they are part of the same return request.
A prepaid FedEx shipping label will be sent via email. Customers are encouraged to track their return shipment for updates.

4.4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-4 business days after our warehouse processes the return shipment.
It may take an additional 3-5 business days for funds to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.

4.5. Customer Updates
Customers will be kept informed via email at every stage of the return process, from receipt of the shipment to the issuance of the refund.

5. Warranty and Repairs

5.1. Galvanic E-bikes come with a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects.
5.2. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or modifications.
5.3. Repairs outside the warranty period may be subject to fees.

5.4. Warranty Coverage
Galvanic E-bikes come with a one year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

5.5. Exclusions and Voided Warranty
This warranty is void under the following circumstances and does not cover damage caused by:

Improper assembly or installation.
Crash, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
Corrosion due to environmental factors or exposure to the elements.
Improper alteration or installation of components, parts, or accessories that are not originally intended for or compatible with the E-bike.
Failure to perform maintenance or service at appropriate intervals in accordance with the written instructions provided with the product.

6. Liability

6.1. Galvanic is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from the improper use of our products.
6.2. Customers are responsible for ensuring their compliance with local laws regarding the use of E-bikes.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7.2. By making a purchase, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. Galvanic reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
8.2. Customers will be notified of significant changes via email or updates on our website.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms are governed by the laws of Judiciary of New Jersey
9.2. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Jersey
